ParkTEC Billing — End-User License Agreement and Terms

Operator and scope

ParkTEC Billing is operated by ParkTEC, LLC for its own internal accounting and billing work. These terms cover use of the integration by authorized ParkTEC personnel. They do not offer a public subscription service or authorize access to another business's accounting company.

Limited permission to use

ParkTEC grants its authorized personnel a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use ParkTEC Billing for approved internal business purposes. Access may not be transferred, resold, or provided to an unauthorized person. These terms do not grant ownership of the software, third-party services, customer information, or accounting records.

Authorization and account security

Only someone authorized to act for ParkTEC may connect its QuickBooks company or other services. Connections must use the provider's authorization process. Users must not share QuickBooks passwords with the integration, expose application credentials, bypass access controls, or connect a company without permission.

QuickBooks and other providers control their own account eligibility and permissions. An authorization grant does not override ParkTEC's internal restrictions on what the integration may do.

Accounting and AI review

The initial integration is limited to supported accounting reads. It may produce suggested classifications, historical comparisons, billing-rule proposals, calculations, and invoice proposals. Historical patterns and AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. They are not a substitute for human accounting, tax, or legal judgment.

ParkTEC must review and approve billing rules, rates, currencies, tax treatment, source transactions, and invoice amounts. Creating an unsent QuickBooks invoice may already affect the books; it is not necessarily an accounting-neutral draft. Local proposals and saved QuickBooks records must therefore be treated separately.

No invoice, outbound email, or other customer message may be sent without explicit ParkTEC authorization. Any later ability to change accounting records requires a separately approved workflow. Users remain responsible for verifying the results of actions they approve.

Permitted use

Users must use the integration lawfully and only for approved business purposes. Users must not use it to gain unauthorized access, disclose information without authority, interfere with connected services, or circumvent provider restrictions. Information must be handled in accordance with the ParkTEC Privacy Policy and applicable customer agreements.

Connected services

QuickBooks Online, Intuit, Huntress, OpenAI, and other providers are independent services subject to their own terms, availability, permissions, and charges. This integration is not an Intuit, Huntress, or OpenAI product, and no endorsement or partnership is implied. Provider changes or outages may interrupt the integration.

Availability and limitations

The integration is provided for internal use as available. ParkTEC does not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free suggestions. Users must verify billing completion rather than rely on a scheduled job having run. These terms do not limit rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending access and disconnecting

ParkTEC may suspend or end internal access when it is no longer authorized or when needed for security or operations. An authorized administrator may revoke the QuickBooks connection in QuickBooks' connected-app controls, use an approved operator revocation procedure, or contact ParkTEC for assistance.

Revocation stops future authorized API retrieval. It does not reverse previously approved accounting changes or automatically delete records already held in QuickBooks, local storage, or backups. Data requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.

Existing agreements and updates

These terms do not change customer service agreements, agreed billing rates, payment terms, or other signed contracts. ParkTEC may update internal integration terms as the workflow changes; material capability changes require review before they are enabled.
